Community Resources for Children is working with partner organizations and Napa COAD (Community Organizations Active in Disasters), to connect essential workers to emergency child care in Napa County during the COVID-19 crisis.  Please click here for more information.

School Year Information

Registration Schedule:

  • Begins Jan 7 for current families 
  • February for K/TK
  • March is open to all

Registration forms are available online and at the childcare sites (Bel Aire Park, Browns Valley, Mt. George, Pueblo Vista, West Park, Willow).  

Please return completed packets with the registration fee to the childcare classroom at your school.  Completed forms can also be returned to our office at Napa Valley Adult Education.

We believe that children thrive in a positive and nurturing environment. In order to achieve this goal, we provide a structured environment where children are encouraged to do their best.

We charge for school days only. All breaks and non-school days are considered special sign up days. If care is needed on a non school day, you must make a reservation prior to the day of care; no care on District holidays.

Our hourly rate is $5.75 per hour. There are no credits or adjustments made for less than a full hour.

The annual registration fee is $35 for 1 child, $60 for 2 children, and $10 for each additional child.

We offer a limited number of scholarships to help support families who are are experiencing financial hardship.

  • You may call in payments to our main office (707-253-3959) to make a payment over the phone via credit/debit card (no American express).
  • Tuition Express offers you the option of making payments
    • Online
    • Automatic deduction from a bank account, or charged to your credit card
    • Once we have received your signed authorization form, we will contact you with the registration information.

They are committed to quality care and are extremely dedicated to serving the unique needs of children and families in the Napa Valley. All of our care providers hold a permit from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and have extensive training in early childhood education.
